Senior Director, Assistant General Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Director, Assistant General Counsel to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the legal and compliance department, providing practical and business-oriented counsel on a wide range of legal and compliance matters. This includes but is not limited to, structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial and research-related agreements, overseeing elements of the compliance program, and leading or supporting internal investigations. The role requires a hands-on attorney with at least 7 years of relevant legal experience, including in-house experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, and a strong background in the laws and standards applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturers. Applicants for the Senior Director, Assistant General Counsel position at the company should have a Juris Doctor degree and an active license to practice law. The ideal candidate will have a broad legal and compliance experience in a regulated life-sciences environment, with a focus on commercial contracting, healthcare compliance, and market access matters. The role demands a professional with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment.
