Vice President, Campus Construction Manager

Greater New York City, NY Area (Hybrid - Headquarter location)
The Company is seeking a VP, Campus Construction Manager to take on a pivotal role in the execution of large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of senior construction managers, setting and maintaining high standards for safety, schedule, cost, and quality across all active and future phases of the campus. This role demands a senior construction executive with a proven track record in delivering multi-phase or campus-scale developments, a deep understanding of construction delivery models, and technical fluency in MEP, commissioning, civil, and structural systems. The VP will also be tasked with managing executive-level relationships with contractors and trade partners, controlling costs, and ensuring the integration of owner-furnished equipment without impacting the construction schedule. Applicants for the VP, Campus Construction Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 12 years' of experience in large-scale mission-critical projects, with a minimum of 5 years' in a senior leadership role. The role requires a candidate who is adept at managing schedule and progress, driving a safety culture, and is familiar with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of cost control, change management, and schedule analysis, and a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing construction teams. A commitment to safety, quality, and executional excellence, as well as a passion for building infrastructure that supports the digital economy, are essential. The role also involves managing regulatory and community relationships, and the candidate should be prepared for a full-time, on-site presence at the Helios campus.
