The Company is seeking a Lead Credit Officer in Asset Based Lending Credit Risk to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the firm's risk governance framework, responsible for managing a portfolio of ABL clients, monitoring their financial performance, and leading credit relationships. This role requires a professional with over 5 years' experience in commercial banking, credit risk, portfolio management, and underwriting, with a strong background in asset-based lending financing. The Lead Credit Officer will be at the forefront of due diligence for various financial products, including loans, derivatives, leases, and cash management, and will be expected to have a deep understanding of capital markets, financing structures, and related documentation. Applicants for the Lead Credit Officer position should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think critically and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and a Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a degree in accounting or finance. The role also involves leading credit structuring and legal document negotiations, as well as mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will be adept at challenging banking teams, and partnering with various financial services, and will be committed to maintaining the highest standards of risk management and compliance.
