The Company is in search of a Vice President, Head of Investor Relations to spearhead the evolution of its investor engagement strategy and financial communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and stewardship of the company's global investor relations strategy, shaping the investment thesis, and serving as the primary spokesperson with the investment community. This role demands a strategic, externally facing executive with a deep understanding of capital markets, and the ability to modernize the investor relations function by introducing new technologies, analytics, and best practices. The VP will also be tasked with strengthening investor confidence through proactive, transparent, and data-driven communications, and will be expected to partner closely with various internal teams to ensure alignment and effectively communicate the company's long-term value creation. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CPA, and/or CFA preferred, and approximately 15 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, FP&A, or strategy. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in developing investor relations strategy, leading quarterly earnings processes, and modernizing the investor relations organization. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to advise executive leadership on market expectations and investor sentiment. A continuous improvement mindset, the ability to leverage technology and analytics, and a collaborative, results-oriented approach are essential.
