Vice President, U.S. Banks Capital Planning PMO & Governance

The Company is in search of a Vice President for its U.S. Banks Capital Planning PMO & Governance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of internal and regulatory initiatives, acting as a key partner to business units in the management, review, analysis, and advisory services of the firm's financial and capital resources. This role involves planning, managing, forecasting, and optimizing capital, liquidity, and funding resources, as well as providing governance oversight and managing regulatory deliverables and exams. The Vice President will also be involved in the CCAR/Capital Stress Testing process, supporting internal stress testing activities, and assisting in the preparation for the firm's compliance with DFAST. Applicants for this role at the Vice President level should have a minimum of 8 years' of experience, with a strong background in finance, and be well-versed in the technical and industry aspects of the role. The position requires advanced analytical capabilities, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and familiarity with CCAR/stress testing topics is a plus. The role also demands the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues, manage and develop talent, and ensure adherence to the firm's risk and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a proven track record of creating and implementing plans to mitigate risks.
