The successful candidate will be responsible for process improvement, technical design, implementation, migration, and change management of inbound and outbound data files for various stakeholders. This role involves close collaboration with business groups, operations, technology teams, strategic partners, and customers to drive project execution, documentation, requirements gathering, solution design, and the delivery of data solutions that meet the needs of customers and partners. Applicants for the AVP, Data Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years in large-scale data management and 7 years with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, or similar SQL and ETL tools. The role requires a proven track record in IT leadership, team building, and agile process development, as well as experience in managing, coaching, and developing team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of claims management services, experience in defining data standards and processes, and a background in working with sensitive data in regulated environments. Additionally, the role demands the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage third-party partners, and influence senior stakeholders, along with strong decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills.
