The Company is seeking a Vice President, Implementation Specialist to lead technology rollouts and initiatives that improve services for financial advisors and client associates. Responsibilities include planning and executing large-scale projects, analyzing data and current processes, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership. The role leads cross-functional working groups, oversees solution design, user testing, project plans, and documentation, and serves as an escalation point to maintain alignment and delivery. The successful candidate will also foster collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of financial services experience.
