The Company is seeking an SVP, Individual Giving to lead the execution of individual giving strategies across a designated region. This senior leadership role involves driving market alignment, leading and developing market leadership teams, and managing specialized teams of relationship fundraisers. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a select portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth donors, directly engaging in all aspects of donor relations, and serving as a senior representative to secure transformational investments. The role requires a minimum of 10-12 years of fundraising experience, with at least 8-10 years in a management position, and a Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational requirement. Key responsibilities for the SVP, Individual Giving include advancing principal and major gift strategy, guiding principal donor relations, and driving market integration and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving fundraising results, expertise in principal gift strategy, and strong leadership skills to build and manage high-performing, donor-centric teams. The role demands a skilled communicator, adept in relationship building, negotiation, and with exceptional influencing skills. The candidate should be adept at using data for decision-making, and be prepared for frequent travel, including evening and weekend work. The position is 100% remote, and the candidate should be located in one of the major western market metro areas.
