The Company is in search of a Vice President of Residential Lending to spearhead the growth and development of its residential mortgage business. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving production, profitability, and market growth while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional member experiences. This leadership role involves shaping and executing residential lending strategies, expanding purchase mortgage volume, and building strong relationships with various stakeholders to enhance market presence and lending opportunities. The VP will also be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, championing lending products and pricing strategies, and providing operational, financial, and regulatory leadership. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' progressive residential mortgage lending leadership experience, with a proven track record in growing mortgage production and leading sales-focused teams. A strong knowledge of residential lending operations, secondary market practices, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics is essential.
