Associate Vice President, Senior Engineer Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Engineer, AVP to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with the design, development, and delivery of high-performance data pipelines, intelligent agentic workflows, machine learning models, and cognitive solutions. This role is pivotal in solving complex business problems and achieving organizational goals. Key responsibilities include active participation in the deployment of AI, ML, and enterprise data engineering features, ensuring the security, maintainability, and integration of these solutions, and providing support for deployed models and applications. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continuous improvement of AI/ML and data modules. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field, with a strong background in programming, big data, ETL, and cloud platforms, particularly GCP. Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and experience with AI/ML and data services on GCP is essential. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of AI and data privacy compliance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivery. Experience with MLOps, DataOps, and a range of AI and data engineering technologies is highly valued. The role requires a proactive, team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and a commitment to responsible and ethical use of data and AI.
