Vice President, Senior Frontend AI Automation Engineer Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is in search of a Senior Frontend AI Automation Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development of next-generation user interfaces for AI-based automation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for building high-performance frontend interfaces that seamlessly integrate with backend AI agents, large language models, and automation pipelines. This includes designing and implementing real-time interfaces for intelligent task execution, automated data extraction, and human-in-the-loop review loops. The role also involves integrating AI agent and tool APIs, streaming real-time AI execution, and implementing HITL controls. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in frontend engineering, with at least 10 years of experience in modern web technologies, and a proven track record of integrating AI and automation into enterprise applications. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in app development or systems analysis, with a focus on full-stack development. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a Master's degree is an added advantage. The role demands a Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of applications development, with a strong technology background and experience in managing and implementing successful projects. Technical skills should include proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js, as well as experience with asynchronous and streaming protocols. Familiarity with AI and automation integration, backend and API fundamentals, and data handling for state persistence is essential.
