Senior IT Quality Analyst, Associate Vice President Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking a Senior IT Quality Analyst to lead quality assurance and automation activities across the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include overseeing user acceptance testing and production rollouts, reviewing delivery work, identifying project risks, and recommending process improvements. The role involves creating and maintaining automation frameworks, scripts, test scenarios, and quality metrics; verifying standards and corrective actions; and investigating production issues in collaboration with development and support teams. The analyst will also coordinate testing with global stakeholders, provide functional testing support when needed, and mentor junior team members. Candidates should have 7–10 years of IT quality experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong hands-on expertise with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, or Cypress. Required technical skills include core Java, automation scripting, UNIX, and exposure to CI/CD tools, DevOps, and Docker; SQL, non-functional testing, and issue-tracking tools are advantageous. Applicants should understand Agile, TDD, unit testing, and complex end-to-end business flows, and be able to analyze requirements, develop test plans, and communicate technical findings clearly. Strong analytical, leadership, collaboration, and risk-management skills are essential.
