Vice President, Culture, DEI, EVP & Internal Communications Lead

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead its Culture, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and Internal Communications strategy. The role will align culture initiatives with business priorities and transformation goals, embedding customer focus, strong performance, inclusion, and organizational values. Responsibilities include developing scalable programs, strengthening representation and inclusive leadership, evolving the EVP, and creating communications and engagement strategies that connect employees to organizational priorities. The leader will partner with senior stakeholders across regions and functions, equipping managers to support accountability and lasting behavioral change. Candidates should bring deep expertise in culture transformation, DEI, and EVP development, along with extensive experience leading large-scale organizational, leadership, and employee engagement programs in global, matrixed environments. A record of delivering enterprise-wide cultural change and translating strategy into measurable, sustainable outcomes is essential. Strong organizational development, leadership effectiveness, talent capability, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required. The role also calls for significant internal and leadership communications experience, excellent stakeholder influence and collaboration, and the ability to balance strategic leadership with operational delivery.
