Vice President, Engineering Solutions Lead Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is in search of a VP, Engineering Solutions Lead with a strong background in designing and delivering modern, cloud-native enterprise solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise platforms and digital products. This role demands a deep understanding of API-first architectures, microservices, cloud platforms, and AI-driven transformation initiatives. The VP will be at the forefront of defining technical solutions, establishing engineering standards, and guiding teams through successful implementation, all while remaining hands-on with code and technology decisions. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record in solution architecture, system design, and building scalable distributed systems. The role requires expertise in microservices architecture, event-driven systems, API-first design, and integration patterns, as well as hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong knowledge of modern DevOps practices, including Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have practical experience in implementing AI and Generative AI solutions and a strong understanding of data architecture, security, and compliance within cloud and AI ecosystems. Proficiency in Java and/or Python, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience in financial services or regulated enterprise environments are highly desirable.
