Vice President, Lead Frontend Engineer Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer, VP to join their Global Financial Crime Intelligence Unit within the Anti-Financial Crime department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of large-scale, enterprise-grade Single Page Applications, with a focus on creating reusable, modular, and performant component-based architectures. This role requires extensive frontend expertise, including mastery of modern JavaScript, advanced Angular, and state management, as well as a commitment to quality and DevOps practices. The Lead Engineer will also be involved in strategic innovation, driving the technical roadmap, and championing modern engineering practices, including the integration of emerging technologies such as AI. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of hands-on experience in building complex web applications, with the ability to operate as a full-stack engineer being a significant advantage. The role demands a leader with a strong architectural vision, experience in micro-frontend architectures, and a proven track record in mentoring and influencing technical decisions.
