The Company is seeking a Vice President, Learning & Performance Business Partner to translate business strategy and workforce priorities into integrated capability plans that support organizational performance, future skills, and transformation. The role partners with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to diagnose capability needs, set talent and learning priorities, and connect business requirements with appropriate expertise. Responsibilities include advising on options and priorities, identifying workforce and skills risks, and driving stakeholder engagement and adoption. The successful candidate will lead regular capability reviews and evaluate the adoption and business impact of interventions, using insights to improve future planning. Candidates should have experience across talent, learning, leadership, performance, and skills practices in complex organizations, along with expertise in capability consulting, organizational diagnosis, and strategic workforce planning. Strong analytical and data storytelling skills are needed to influence senior stakeholders and demonstrate measurable outcomes. The role also calls for learning needs analysis, performance consulting, intervention evaluation, and knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, fairness, and ethical people-data use. Strategic thinking, commercial awareness, facilitation, collaboration, change leadership, and delivery excellence are essential; a relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience is required.
