Vice President of Fraud Operations Greater Pune, India Area + 1 more

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Fraud Operations to lead daily operations that protect customers and the organization from fraudulent activity. Responsibilities include managing staffing and workflows, monitoring service quality and performance, identifying and escalating delivery issues, and developing improvement plans based on operational data. The role also involves coaching managers and team members, overseeing risk management and regulatory compliance, strengthening controls, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have proven credit or debit card operations experience; experience in fraud or merchant dispute operations and knowledge of U.S. card regulations and chargeback processes are preferred. Strong understanding of risk and controls in a banking environment and substantial people leadership experience, including leading large teams, are required.
