Vice President, Scrum Leader Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is in search of a VP Scrum Leader to join their Data Platform team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Scrum practices, ensuring the Scrum team is effective in delivering high-value increments, and serving as a key facilitator for the Product Owner and the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and the ability to coach and guide teams in the use of data-driven approaches to improve productivity and performance. The VP Scrum Leader will also be involved in fostering innovation, managing value delivery flow, and may oversee and coach less experienced Scrum Leaders. To be successful in this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 9 years of relevant experience. A strong background in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, XP, Kanban, and experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving change, resolving conflicts, and a talent for problem-solving. Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, and SAFe SSM are also preferred. The role demands excellent communication, mentoring skills, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders in an engineering environment.
