Managing Director Greater Rome, Italy Area

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full management of the business, including P&L, and will play a pivotal role in driving commercial development, growth, and customer satisfaction in the Italian market. This leadership position demands a strong commercial mindset, with a focus on engaging key customers and stakeholders, supporting the sales organization, and ensuring the business aligns with the group's strategy. The role also involves overseeing all key business functions, maintaining operational excellence, and representing the Italian organization at regional and global levels. Applicants for the Managing Director role at the company should have a proven track record in a senior leadership position, such as Managing Director, Country Manager, General Manager, or CEO. Experience in business development, commercial leadership, and customer engagement is essential, as is a strong understanding of operational and service-oriented business models.
