Greater San Jose, CA Area (Hybrid - Headquarter location)
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Key Accounts with a focus on screening. This senior executive leader will be responsible for developing and executing the national strategy for top-tier customers, including large regional and national health systems and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). The role demands a visionary leader who can drive enterprise-level growth, market access, and adoption of the company's screening solutions. Key responsibilities include defining and leading the national key accounts strategy, building and maintaining strategic C-suite relationships, and overseeing the negotiation and optimization of national contracts. The successful candidate will also be tasked with leading a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations, and representing the company at industry forums to influence market perceptions and policy. Applicants for the Vice President, Key Accounts - Screening position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the diagnostics, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries, with a specific focus on key accounts, hospital systems, or strategic partnerships. A proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share is essential, as is the ability to influence and negotiate with C-suite executives. The role requires strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, as well as excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills. A Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or equivalent advanced degree. The position also demands a willingness to travel nationally and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing market environment.
