About the Role
Greater Seattle, WA Area (Hybrid)
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Technology to lead its iQ product and engineering organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and strengthening the product management and engineering teams, setting and owning the product roadmap, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and accurate products. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the freight market, including how the truckload spot and contract markets operate, and the ability to turn data and forecasting models into production-ready products. The VP of Technology will also be the key analytics partner to the segment leadership, engaging with customers to inform product decisions, and working closely with commercial and pricing teams to define how analytics are packaged and priced. Candidates for this role at the company should have a proven track record of leadership in product and engineering, with a focus on delivery discipline and product management depth. Experience in the freight market, particularly with truckload spot and contract markets, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and models, with the ability to influence commercial decisions and engage with customers. Fluency in AI tools and experience with AI in a business context is a plus. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to work across the business, influence decision-making, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
