Associate Vice President, Online Trading Area Product Owner Greater Singapore Area

The Company is in search of an experienced and highly motivated Online Trading Area Product Owner to join their dynamic digital channels team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing the multi-channel online trading platform tailored for private banking clients. This role involves owning and managing the product backlog, collaborating with cross-functional squads, and engaging with private banking clients and front office teams to capture and prioritize requirements. The Product Owner will be accountable for product value realization, roadmap execution, and ensuring that the digital trading experiences meet the sophisticated needs of high-net-worth clientele. Applicants must be degree holders, with an MBA or related qualification being advantageous, and have 10-15 years' experience in business analysis, product management, or junior product ownership roles, preferably within private banking or financial services. A strong understanding of digital trading platforms across multiple asset classes and experience in supporting digital investment journeys and trading workflows for wealth management clients is essential. The role requires a self-driven individual with a delivery-focused mindset, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Experience in Agile delivery environments, proficiency in Jira and Confluence, and a demonstrated interest in AI-enabled tools and practices are also necessary. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with a strategic approach to planning and execution, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and culturally diverse environment.
