Key responsibilities for the VP include ensuring the stable operation of business applications, identifying and implementing opportunities for automation and process optimization, and engaging with users and app owners to resolve service-related queries. The role also involves developing and updating standard operating procedures, collaborating with Level 3 teams for permanent fixes, and managing stakeholder communication for service status, incidents, and changes. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in computer science or technology, at least 10 years of experience in financial services or related functions, and a strong understanding of business operations. Hands-on experience with UNIX, SQL, and middleware support, as well as exposure to monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, and Grafana, is essential.
