The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their team. The role also involves strengthening internal controls, monitoring cash flow, and establishing budgeting and forecasting processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing audits, statutory filings, treasury, and tax in complex environments, and must be fluent in both Japanese and English. A background in finance or accounting leadership within multinational organizations and an understanding of Japanese GAAP and IFRS are essential, with a preference for candidates holding a valid CPA or equivalent qualification.
