Vice President of Professional Services Greater Utrecht, Netherlands Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Professional Services to lead and scale a multi-product, multi-region services organization. The role oversees implementation, expansions, and post-launch services, with accountability for delivery quality, customer outcomes, and financial performance. Responsibilities include aligning sales, product, delivery, and customer teams; planning capacity; reviewing project scope; and developing a certified partner network. The leader will establish consistent delivery methods and quality controls, improve service offerings and handovers, and use automation and AI to strengthen planning, productivity, and reporting. They will also coach team leads and build skills and career development across the organization. Candidates should have at least 10 years of Professional Services experience in B2B enterprise software, including five or more years leading a multi-team organization, and a record of scaling services across products or countries. Experience building partner or systems-integrator delivery networks, including training and certification, is required, along with strong knowledge of services economics and structured project delivery methods. Relevant project-management certification is preferred; experience in workplace, facilities, asset, or energy management software is an advantage. International leadership experience and fluency in English are required, while Dutch and/or German proficiency is beneficial. A master’s degree in business, engineering, or IT—or equivalent experience—is expected.
