The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and driving the commercial strategy, with a focus on how the company generates revenue, including pricing, market investment, and customer acquisition and retention. This is a hands-on position that requires a deep involvement in the details of the business, from the numbers to the negotiating room. The CCO will lead a substantial commercial organization, set and meet commercial targets, and be directly involved in the decision-making process. The role demands a leader who is not only strategic but also willing to be close to the work, challenging and supporting the team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Applicants for the Chief Commercial Officer role at the company should have a proven track record in a similar position, with experience in a consumer business at scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing strategy, commercial negotiations, and a deep understanding of performance marketing. Experience in a regulated financial services environment is essential, as is the ability to operate within the constraints of compliance and licensing. The role requires a leader who is data-driven, fluent in AI applications, and can effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders. While not mandatory, experience in cross-border payments or related financial products, as well as a background in market expansion and transition, is highly valued.
