Chief Product Officer (CPO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the development and execution of its product strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the product portfolio and long-term roadmap, with a focus on understanding customer needs, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring that product investments contribute to sustainable competitive advantage and business growth. This role requires close collaboration with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align product strategy with market demands and business objectives. Key responsibilities for the CPO include defining and managing the product strategy, owning the product portfolio, and leading the team in product prioritization and investment decisions. The role also involves leading market, customer, competitor, and technology analysis, as well as assessing the market attractiveness and growth potential of new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic thinking, deep customer and market orientation, and experience in product portfolio management. Strong business and commercial understanding, excellent prioritization and decision-making skills, and the ability to influence across multiple functions are essential. The CPO will be expected to ensure that product development activities are in line with customer needs and business objectives, and to support the successful launch and lifecycle management of products.
