Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Greater Vilnius, Lithuania Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Management Board member to lead and coordinate its commercial generation, supply, and services activities. The role will shape commercial strategy and long-term competitive advantage, guide international growth, and oversee commodity portfolio management and trading across generation, flexibility, and customer portfolios. Responsibilities include optimizing commercial value through trading, hedging, power purchase agreements, origination, and customer solutions while managing market, credit, and liquidity risks. The CCO will also represent the organization with key stakeholders, contribute to subsidiary governance, and foster a purpose-driven culture. Candidates must have at least three years of recent C-level experience in a large international company or group, including executive leadership of commercial functions in energy generation or supply. Required experience includes developing and implementing business or commercial strategy, scaling integrated energy offerings, and leading organizational transformation with strong strategic decision-making and stakeholder influence. Candidates should have experience serving in collegial management or supervisory bodies and English proficiency at C1 level or higher. Experience in energy portfolio management, digital or AI-enabled transformation, listed companies, multi-country operations, sustainability frameworks, and Lithuanian at C1 level or higher is advantageous.
