Head of Business Control, Financial

The Company is seeking a Head of Business Control with a financial focus to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining team objectives, coordinating financial planning processes, and partnering with business units to evaluate initiatives and projects. This role requires a leader who can ensure the achievement of business and financial targets, as well as lead service profitability analysis, cost management, and enhance business control processes. The Head of Business Control will also be instrumental in driving performance improvement initiatives, promoting a data-driven decision-making culture, and participating in financial audit processes. Applicants must have a university degree in a quantitative discipline, at least 3 years of leadership experience, and a minimum of 5 years in business analysis, financial controlling, strategy, or a related field. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are essential, as is advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, VBA/Macros, and Power BI. Experience with AI tools and SAP is an advantage. The role demands a professional with a proactive approach to risk management, a proven track record in process improvement, and the ability to lead and coordinate organizational and operational changes. Fluency in Lithuanian and English, with a minimum English proficiency of B2 level, is required.
