The Company is seeking a Vice President for Growth Delivery, a pivotal role in the global leadership team. The successful candidate will be tasked with accelerating the conversion of strategic growth opportunities into tangible operating results. This includes the integration and launch of new brands, partnerships, and acquisitions, all of which must align with the company's broader growth strategy. The role demands a strategic business leader with a strong background in enterprise orchestration, capable of simplifying complex information, and anticipating challenges to ensure the successful delivery of growth initiatives. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Growth Delivery include serving as the enterprise leader for growth integration strategy, partnering with various stakeholders to streamline processes, and architecting success by maintaining a focus on enterprise outcomes. The role also requires the ability to lead large-scale initiatives, manage complex stakeholder interactions, and deliver results under difficult conditions. Candidates for this role at the company should have a four-year undergraduate degree and at least 12 years of experience in strategy development, consulting, or development roles, with a focus on M&A integration planning and execution. Alternatively, a candidate with over 15 years of relevant professional experience and a proven track record of exceptional performance may be considered. The ideal candidate will have a background in the lodging or hospitality industry, experience in leading teams within a large, customer-focused, complex organization, and a demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Success in this position will be measured by the reduction of cycle time from deal approval to business activation, the successful integration of growth opportunities, and measurable improvements in delivery cost, capacity, and decision velocity.
