About the Role
Greater Washington D.C. Area (Hybrid - Headquarter location)
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Research and Analytics to lead its data-driven initiatives in support of policy development, advocacy, and industry thought leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive research agenda that aligns with strategic goals, particularly in the areas of home health, hospice, palliative care, and emerging models of care at home. This senior leader will also oversee the development of analytics tools and resources, ensuring that data assets are leveraged to provide meaningful insights for members and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include project management, policy and advocacy support, and member engagement. The role requires a deep commitment to advancing equitable and innovative care at home, as well as the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder research projects and to present findings to a variety of audiences. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare or policy research. The role demands a strong background in research methodologies, data management, and policy analysis, as well as familiarity with healthcare delivery systems, particularly in the context of home-based care. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating complex data into accessible insights and of building credibility with executive leaders, policymakers, and industry stakeholders. Key competencies include the ability to manage multiple initiatives, strong critical thinking skills, and a commitment to advancing research practices and evidence-based decision-making. Experience with large public datasets and data visualization tools is a plus.
