Vice President of Strategic Collaborations

Remote (anywhere in California)
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Collaborations to join their mission of transforming cancer care and pushing the frontiers of medicine. The successful candidate will be a key leader in proactively building and managing executive-level relationships within the Precision Oncology Alliance network, as well as identifying and establishing collaborative partnerships with new sites nationwide. This role is pivotal in leveraging these relationships to support strategic initiatives and is focused on the development of new and existing customer relationships for the company's precision oncology solutions. Applicants for the Vice President of Strategic Collaborations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA, PhD, or M.S. being preferred. A minimum of 8 years' experience in a sales, consultative, or account management capacity, with a proven track record of managing high-level relationships, is required. The role demands a leader with executive sales, academic institution, and community alliance building experience, and the ability to travel 50-60% within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a background in molecular diagnostics, anatomic pathology, and/or genomics, and be adept at collaborating with executive leadership to develop strategic initiatives.
