Vice President, Enterprise Data & AI

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Data & AI to lead the strategic execution, adoption, and governance of its data and AI initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the value realization of the data and AI portfolio, setting the operating model, and establishing governance and responsible AI controls. This executive will own the enterprise data and AI roadmap, ensure consistent delivery across regions and business units, and be accountable for the benefits case and business results. The role requires a leader who can partner with various stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate outcomes that enhance decision quality, productivity, and financial performance. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of relevant work experience in data, AI/ML, engineering, or platform leadership, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business value. The role demands a leader with deep knowledge of modern data platform architecture, AI deployment at scale, and data governance frameworks. Experience in establishing responsible AI practices in a regulated environment and managing global teams is preferred. The VP will also be responsible for building and leading a global organization, so strong leadership and organizational skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Post Graduate degree, executive presence, and the ability to influence and drive cross-functional alignment.
