The Company is seeking a VP, Segment CIO for Pharmacy to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership, overseeing the IT department, and ensuring that technology solutions align with and advance the business. This role involves assessing current business needs, optimizing processes for effective solution delivery, and making key decisions related to IT acquisitions and partnerships. The VP, Segment CIO will also be tasked with leading large-scale transformation initiatives, staying abreast of emerging technologies, and driving business outcomes through an omni-channel eCommerce approach. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' technical experience, including 8 years in a management role. A broad understanding of IT solutions in the retail, pharma, and healthcare sectors is essential. The role requires a candidate who is passionate about improving consumer experiences and is adept at creating and implementing IT policies and standards. The VP, Segment CIO will also be responsible for talent development, nurturing business and IT cultures, and ensuring that the IT department's strategies support the overall business goals. The position is remote, with occasional travel to the company's offices, and the candidate must be able to work effectively in a home or hybrid office environment.
