Executive Director of Ministries

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Ministries to join their Executive Team and work in close partnership with the Lead Pastor and Executive Director of Operations. The successful candidate will be a key leader in providing strategic direction for the church, with a focus on staff development, organizational alignment, and the implementation of the church's vision across various campuses and ministry areas. This role is ideal for a humble, relational, and second-chair leader who is passionate about developing leaders, building strong teams, and creating systems that support the growth and health of the ministry. The Executive Director of Ministries will also be responsible for championing the church's mission of disciple-making, leadership development, and community service. Applicants for the Executive Director of Ministries position at the company should be proven second-chair leaders with a love for executing and supporting the vision of the church. The role requires a strategic thinker who is also adept at execution and follow-through, a self-starter who is proactive in problem-solving, and a leader who is comfortable holding others accountable with a grace and truth approach. Strong alignment with Restoration Movement theology, including baptism by immersion and an elder-led church model, is essential.
