Head of Business Development

The Company is seeking a Head of Business Development to lead regional growth initiatives across key Asian markets. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, increasing market penetration, and expanding into new industry segments. Working with commercial, engineering, operations, and technical teams, the role will support customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market intelligence. The successful candidate will help drive sustainable growth and contribute to broader regional business initiatives. Candidates should hold a degree in engineering, manufacturing, materials science, or a related discipline, and have at least 10 years of business development, commercial leadership, or strategic sales experience in relevant industrial sectors. Proven experience expanding markets across Southeast Asia and the wider Asia-Pacific region, along with exposure to multinational manufacturers, OEMs, supply chain partners, and industrial customers, is required. Applicants should demonstrate success in revenue growth and strategic customer acquisition, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Mandarin proficiency is required.
