The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President, Head of Segmentation, Partnerships & Planning for Business Banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and enterprise planning, defining and driving medium- to long-term business banking strategy across all segments and portfolios, and leading scenario planning in various environments. This role also involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, owning the business planning cycle, and driving performance monitoring and cost management initiatives. The EVP will be at the forefront of segment and portfolio optimization, shaping strategies across different banking segments, and partnering with various teams to align propositions and go-to-market strategies. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 20 years of experience in banking, financial services, consulting, or FinTech. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business banking products, customer segments, and market dynamics, particularly in the UAE and GCC. Strong leadership experience in strategy, planning, or transformation roles is essential, as is a proven track record in developing and executing enterprise-level strategies. The role requires expertise in digital banking, analytics, AI, and ecosystem-based business models, as well as a transformation mindset and the ability to drive change and execute large-scale initiatives.
