Associate Vice President of Business Development

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Business Development to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the organization, dedicated to creating meaningful patient experiences and ensuring the delivery of top-quality hospice and palliative care. This role involves developing and managing customer and referral sources in line with the company's strategic direction, directing sales efforts, and implementing operational strategies. The AVP will also be responsible for budget preparation, expense control, and maintaining superior customer service while overseeing the coordination and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients. Applicants for the AVP of Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related health field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or a related field. Healthcare and supervisory experience are required, with a preference for candidates who have 5 years' experience in a clinical care setting or home health/hospice. The role demands a heart for serving patients and families, a passion for providing the best possible care, and a commitment to the company's mission of serving with love. The ideal candidate will have proven interpersonal, coordination, and leadership skills, and be actively involved in professional organizations and community activities. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance are also necessary.
