Head of Finance Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the FP&A, accounting, treasury, and regulatory reporting disciplines. This role is pivotal in shaping the financial processes, tools, and team to ensure that the finance function scales effectively with the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the finance team, owning forecasting, budgeting, and board-level reporting, and overseeing all financial operations and controls. A key aspect of the role is to set and execute the treasury strategy, including cash management and liquidity activities. The Head of Finance will also be tasked with ensuring regulatory and compliance reporting for the company's reserve programs, and building resilient coverage across treasury execution and regulatory reporting. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' progressive finance experience, with a strong background in FP&A and accounting. The role requires a candidate who is comfortable with treasury and cash/liquidity management, and who has a proven track record in building and developing high-performing finance teams. Experience in presenting financial information to executives, boards, and investors is essential. The ideal candidate will have a genuine depth in forecasting, budgeting, and be adept at translating financial data into a strategic narrative. Familiarity with digital asset or stablecoin accounting is a bonus, as is a CPA or MBA.
