The Company is in search of a Managing Director for its Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team. The successful candidate will be tasked with originating a variety of equity financing transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, PIPEs, and private placements. This role requires the development and maintenance of relationships with a diverse range of market participants, from public company executives to institutional investors. The Managing Director will also be responsible for advising clients on capital raising strategies, leading transaction execution, and working closely with investment banking coverage teams to identify and execute cross-selling opportunities. Expanding the firm's ECM presence through business development and thought leadership is a key aspect of the position. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be a current Managing Director within ECM, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the field.
