The Company is in search of a Managing Director for its Equity Capital Markets (ECM) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and executing a variety of ECM transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, PIPEs, registered direct offerings, and private placements. This role involves developing and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, such as corporate executives, boards, private equity sponsors, institutional investors, and family offices. The Managing Director will also be expected to advise clients on capital-raising strategies, lead transaction execution from engagement to closing, and mentor junior banking professionals. Applicants must be current Managing Directors within ECM, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking, with a proven track record in originating and executing equity financing transactions. An established network of corporate issuers, investors, and financial sponsors is essential. The role requires strong business development, leadership, and client management skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a range of ECM transactions and be prepared to contribute to the firm's growth and expansion.
