Vice President of Quality & Risk

Remote (anywhere in United States)
The Company is seeking a VP of Quality and Risk to join their System Senior Executive Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction in various quality and patient safety programs, including infection control, clinical and non-clinical risk, accreditation, colleague safety, and patient experience. This role involves working closely with the local boards to ensure the oversight of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across the acute care and ambulatory environment. The VP will also lead the development and implementation of strategic plans for quality, patient safety, risk management, and infection control, and will be the designated Management Rep for regulatory requirements. Candidates for the VP of Quality and Risk position at the company should have a Master's degree in business administration or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant administrative experience at a senior management level. The role requires a leader with a strong background in team management, performance analysis, and communication, as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Preferred certifications include CPHQ, Lean, Agile, or other project management certification, and CPPS. The VP will be expected to demonstrate the company's core values of reverence, commitment to those who are poor, justice, stewardship, and integrity, and to ensure a broad definition of quality, safety, risk management, and patient experience across the organization.
