Head of M&A & PMI

The Company is seeking a Head of M&A and PMI to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end M&A process, from initial consideration to post-acquisition value creation. This includes tasks such as target company selection, corporate valuation, due diligence, contract negotiation, and the management of integration processes to enhance the business value of the acquired company. The role demands a high level of expertise in M&A execution, PMI project management, and a deep understanding of all aspects of PMI, including finance, legal, IT, and HR. The Head of M&A and PMI will also be expected to have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate strategic concepts into practical project implementations. Applicants for the Head of M&A and PMI position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, be fluent in Japanese, and have a proven track record in M&A and PMI, particularly in the SaaS or IT industry. Experience in advisory roles at Big4 firms and a background in FAS, consulting, or business company side are also preferred.
