Vice President, International Business & PMI

The Company is seeking a Vice President for International Business and PMI. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading market expansion, integrating acquired businesses, and fostering strategic partnerships to meet business targets. This role requires the execution of integration plans, development of strategies for international markets, and support of sales and customer success. The VP will also be involved in leading new market entry strategies and building partnerships with various industry players. Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed is a key aspect of the position, as is the ability to build a collaborative team culture across diverse international markets. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or above, experience in overseas business or global organizations, and a background in IT/SaaS companies or M&A/PMI processes. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, business-level English, and Japanese is essential. The role demands a candidate with the ability and willingness to travel, and who can demonstrate a strong track record in international business, business integration, and PMI. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading major proposals and partner negotiations, and will be instrumental in driving the company's digital transformation solutions in the hospitality industry.
