Head of Regulatory Strategy & Public Policy

The Company is in search of a Head of Regulatory Strategy and Public Policy to join their team at a critical juncture of growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in interpreting and translating complex European energy regulations, particularly those related to renewable gases, into actionable business insights. This role is pivotal in supporting both strategic decision-making and day-to-day commercial activities, and it involves providing clear internal guidance on regulatory frameworks and compliance, as well as contributing to the development of regulatory strategy and market opportunity mapping. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EU energy regulation, with a focus on renewable gases, and experience in regulatory analysis, policy, or advisory roles within the energy, utilities, or related sectors. Commercial awareness and the ability to identify regulatory-driven opportunities are essential. The role also requires strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the potential to evolve into a more strategic, externally facing public affairs position. The Head of Regulatory Strategy and Public Policy will be expected to monitor regulatory changes across multiple European markets, assess their business impact, and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the company's interests are well-represented and supported in the evolving regulatory landscape.
