Global Head of Payroll

This role demands a strategic and commercially astute leader with a proven track record in global payroll, particularly in managing operations within complex, matrixed organizations. The Global Head of Payroll will be the subject matter expert, working closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to enhance processes, strengthen governance, and deliver a consistent employee experience. Key responsibilities include transforming existing payroll structures, implementing best-in-class systems and practices, and establishing standardized processes across markets. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have deep expertise in global payroll leadership, experience in driving transformation initiatives such as payroll centralization, process standardization, and systems implementation, and the ability to navigate diverse regulatory landscapes.
