Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC

The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition for the APAC region. This senior leadership role is pivotal in leading the recruitment function to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across multiple regions and business lines. The successful candidate will be a key member of the HR Leadership Team, partnering with senior executives to develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business objectives and workforce planning priorities. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a high-performing recruitment team, driving various recruitment initiatives, enhancing the employer brand, and leveraging data and market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record of leading recruitment teams within professional services, consulting, legal, financial services, or other knowledge-based industries. The role requires strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, a deep understanding of talent market trends, and a data-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Cantonese and English, possess excellent communication, leadership, and change management capabilities, and be adept at optimizing recruitment processes and technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
