The Company is in search of a strategic leader to fill the role of Head of Hospitality and Corporate Services. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering a seamless, high-quality workplace experience across various service areas, including hospitality, catering, corporate travel, and event services. This pivotal role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in vendor management, catering operations, and event management, particularly within large, complex organizations. The Head will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end catering operations, defining and implementing service standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role involves leading strategic initiatives, managing corporate travel programs, and ensuring strong stakeholder collaboration and governance. Applicants for the Head of Hospitality and Corporate Services position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related discipline, and have at least 12-15 years' of experience in the field. The role requires a leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with senior executives, and a strong focus on service quality and client experience. Key responsibilities also include vendor and contract management, event planning, and budget management.
