Vice President, Equity Capital Markets

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Equity Capital Markets division. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising, managing, and underwriting a range of equity offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and private placements. The role involves working closely with senior banking professionals, product specialists, and clients to drive business growth, as well as leading business development, and managing client relationships. The Vice President will also be involved in generating new business ideas, leading the process of converting these ideas into sales pitches, and executing transactions. The position requires a candidate with a BA/BS degree, Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses, and 7-10 years of related work experience, with a strong preference for those holding an MBA with a finance focus. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have in-depth knowledge of investment banking, equity markets, and financial products, as well as advanced skills in financial analysis, sales, presentation, and client relationship management. The role demands superior written and oral communication skills, and the ability to manage complex financial and investor analyses. The candidate may also be involved in supervising junior staff and is expected to have a proven track record in a similar role.
