Head of Information Systems Department

The Company is seeking a Head of Information Systems Department to lead its digital transformation and the structuring of its information system. This strategic role is pivotal in ensuring the governance, performance, and security of the IS. The successful candidate will be responsible for the availability, security, and evolution of the company's information system, supporting business units in their transformation challenges, and managing all digital infrastructures, applications, and projects. Key responsibilities include defining and implementing IT strategy, structuring IT governance, monitoring performance indicators, and developing the IT master plan. The role also involves the management of business applications, infrastructure and operations, cybersecurity, digital transformation projects, and overseeing IT teams, budget, and supplier contracts. Applicants for the Head of Information Systems Department position at the company should hold a Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and have a minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience in IT, with a preference for those who have worked in an industrial environment. The role requires proven experience in ERP management, with a strong emphasis on Sage X3, and a solid background in team management and project leadership.
